All plans start with the free preview — you only pay when you've seen your site and want it live. Confirm you have permission to use the content at checkout, then choose your address and publish.
Questions
How long does it actually take?
Your preview builds while you watch. When you're ready, choose a plan, pay once, then choose your address and publish.
How do you know it's my account?
You don't share your Instagram password. At checkout, you confirm you own the business or have permission to publish its content. If someone reports impersonation or a content-rights concern, we review it and may ask for evidence.
What if something's not right?
Change it yourself. After you claim, the editor is yours — prices, service names, wording, contact details — changed in seconds, no form, no waiting.
Is it a subscription?
No. Micro is $50, Launch (full website + Micro) is $99, Pro is $179 and connects a domain you already own.
What happens to previews?
Previews are private links that expire after 14 days. Nothing is published until you've paid, confirmed permission and selected Publish my site. Want a preview gone sooner? Email us and it's removed.
Can visitors enquire or book through my website?
Yes. Every plan supports booking links. Launch and Pro also include optional service-based enquiry forms and booking windows with Calendly, Booksy, Acuity, Setmore, Timely, Treatwell (UK Connect), Mangomint or Boulevard, on your website and Micro companion. Connect your own provider in Business → Bookings. Your provider handles availability, bookings and payments; its plans and fees are separate. Micro-only keeps direct links.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes, and that is exactly what Pro is for — you keep the domain in your name and we connect it. Launch sites live at yourname.onshow.ai.
