Delete your data

You can have everything we hold about you removed, whether or not you ever paid us. Ask below, or email hello@onshow.ai — both routes reach the same place.

What gets deleted

• Your preview link, and the copies of your Instagram photos we made for it
• The raw data we pulled from your public profile, and everything generated from it
• Your email address and any emails queued to you
• Your published site, taken offline, with its public image copies removed

What we keep, and why

If you bought a site, we keep the sales record — the amount, the date and the payment references from Stripe — because HMRC requires us to keep proof of the transaction. That record does not keep you: your email address, your Instagram handle and your published web address are all replaced with random placeholders that cannot be turned back into the originals. Your verification history and anything you wrote to us are deleted outright. Nothing else survives.

How long it takes

We action requests within 30 days and usually the same day. If you removed our app from your Instagram account, Meta tells us directly and the deletion runs automatically.
