What OnShow does
You give us a public Instagram handle; we generate a website preview from that account’s public content (bio, captions, photos). If you buy, verify ownership of the account, and publish, we host that website for you at your chosen address.
Previews
Previews are built from publicly visible Instagram content. They are private, unlisted links that expire after 7 days, are excluded from search engines, and are never published to a public address. If a preview includes your content and you want it removed, email hello@onshow.ai and we will remove it within 24 hours. We only publish a site after payment AND verified ownership of the Instagram account it was built from.
Payments
Prices are one-off and shown at checkout (Launch £99, Pro £179). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You confirm the Instagram account is yours before you pay, so there is no failed-verification charge to refund. If you change your mind before your site is published, we refund in full. After publishing, contact us within 14 days and we will work something out honestly.
Ownership and your content
The content on your published site remains yours. You confirm the Instagram account is yours (verified via the bio code) and that you have the rights to the content on it. We may decline or unpublish sites that infringe others’ rights or applicable law.
Hosting and changes
Hosting is included with your purchase. You can request content corrections through the finishing-touches form and we apply them for you. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
Liability
We provide the service with care but without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
