Who we are
OnShow is a trading name of MAKE MY AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17415404. Registered office: Hampden House, 76 Durham Road, London, SW20 0TL.
What OnShow does
You give us a public Instagram handle; we generate a website preview from that account's public content (bio, captions, photos). If you confirm permission to publish the content, buy a plan and select Publish my site, we host your site at your chosen address.
Previews
Previews are built from publicly visible Instagram content. They are private, unlisted links that expire after 14 days, are excluded from search engines, and are never published to a public address. If a preview includes your content and you want it removed, email hello@onshow.ai and we will remove it within 24 hours. Publishing requires a completed purchase, sign-in with the purchase email and an explicit declaration of permission. These steps do not verify ownership of an Instagram account.
Payments
Prices are one-off and shown at checkout in your currency. In the UK, the US and the euro area they are Launch £99, $99 or €99 and Pro £179, $179 or €179; everywhere else the pound price is converted at checkout at Stripe's exchange rate, which includes its conversion fee. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You pay first, then sign in and finish publishing. If you do not complete setup within 14 days of payment, we automatically refund your payment and your site is not published. A completed gift order has no payment to refund.
Refunds
We offer a voluntary refund for 14 days from purchase. Tell us and we will refund you; your published site is taken down when we do. Refunds are returned to the card used and take a few days to appear, which is your bank's timing rather than ours. This is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Ownership and your content
You retain your rights to the content you publish. You must own the business or have permission to publish its content, including photos and branding. You must not impersonate another person or business. Payment and email sign-in do not establish Instagram account ownership or marketing consent. We may decline or unpublish sites that infringe others' rights or applicable law.Report an impersonation or content concern. We review reports and may ask both parties for evidence. You can reply to a removal notice with evidence for review.
Hosting and changes
Hosting is included with your purchase. You can change your site's content yourself through the editor at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
Liability
We provide the service with care but without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
